What to expect:

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions, primarily face-to-face in Bristol

  • £60 per session (limited lower-cost slots available, please enquire if cost is a concern)

  • First appointment always in-person to establish connection and trust

Why Face-to-Face Works Best:

 

Therapy is most effective in person, where I can observe the full picture; your body language, subtle shifts in posture, and micro-expressions that reveal so much more than words alone. These physical cues (like foot tapping or hand movements) provide crucial insights that simply cannot be captured through a screen.

Online Sessions:

While I strongly prefer face-to-face therapy for its deeper therapeutic value, I understand that circumstances sometimes require flexibility. Online sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for clients who cannot access in-person support, but your first appointment must always be face-to-face to establish our therapeutic relationship properly.

The First Session:

 

Your initial consultation is simply about meeting each other, exploring what you'd like to focus on, and seeing whether we feel like a good fit. There's no pressure, just an opportunity to see if this feels right for you.
